Management Trainee Program
The Management Trainee Program (MTP) at ATC India is a one-year program intended for highly motivated and passionate students who want to pursue a career in the Telcom Infrastructure domain and make a real difference in the company.
After an initial orientation with key leaders, the Management Trainees (MTs) are exposed to immersive stints in various functions under the mentorship of seasoned business leaders. This aims at building knowledge, harnessing potential, giving practical insights & inculcating the company culture - providing a holistic exposure to the business. Strong emphasis is also given on self-development through a myriad of unique Internal Training programs.
On Job learning, Projects immersion, Continuous evaluation and Feedback equip our MTs with various skills such as professionalism & prioritization and decision making, thus shaping them to take future leadership role(s) within the company. Upon successful completion of the training period, these MTs take over their respective roles in their departments and chalk out their own career path.
